A CNC roller notching machine, installed by foreign expert engineers who also trained the team, cuts the rebar rib pattern into the rolls with very regular, precise spacing and dimensions. The rib pattern keeps the rebar firmly bonded to concrete — and research has shown that the type of ribbing strongly affects a bar's resistance to cyclic loads and fatigue.
